1. Because each time, I seem to learn something new. Books are like friends.
    When you meet a new friend for the first time, do you walk up to them and ask them to tell you everything they know? That approach wouldn’t work…at least for most people.
  2. Instead, you build a rapport with them. Get to know them. And over time, after many interactions, you get to share knowledge and learn.
  3. In the pursuit of knowledge, reading a good book once and never coming back to it is like meeting a friend and expecting them to let out all their secrets on the first pass.
